Sandhurst in Berkshire is well known for its highly regarded Military Academy but the town’s oldest pub, the Rose & Crown, has been established for longer. In fact, records show that the building dates back to 1742.
The Rose & Crown recently underwent a full refurbishment and PSE Associates supported Punch Pubs with this project providing Quantity Surveying support. The work included refurbishment and alterations to the trade area, refinishing the beer gardens and terraces, upgrading the manager’s accommodation, new signage and a replacement kitchen.
