Directors Paul Collins and Colin Rhodes enjoyed an exciting evening at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards recently, where they caught up with contacts old and new.
Now in its tenth year, these awards are a globally recognised competition dedicated to the design of food and beverage spaces. This covers every imaginable space from ships to airports and Michelin-starred establishments to pop-ups. With PSE Associates’ focus on the hospitality sector, it was a great opportunity to see some of the new trends which are emerging.
The event took place at London’s King’s Cross.
