PSE Associates are often employed as Project Manager or Project Coordinator in a single capacity or in association with our role as Quantity or Building Surveying consultants. Working closely with the client we organise and drive the works through to completion within the timescales required.

Our management practice expertise, furthered with our Quantity and Building Surveying knowledge assists the role without the need to employ the advice of other technical consultants.

PSE Associates Project Management Service includes:

  • Initial discussion with the client on design and viability of projects
  • Advice to the client on the need for other professional consultants
  • Coordination of other members of the design and construction teams
  • Provision of a programme for development and update as necessary
  • Management of all necessary approvals for the progression of the scheme
  • A communication link for external parties on issues arising from the scheme
  • Attendance, recording and minuting for all pre and post-contract site meetings
  • Regular site visits to answer contractors’ queries, etc
  • Periodic reporting to the client of progress, issues, variations, etc
  • Snagging, meeting attendance, recording and circulation of the list
  • Defects inspection attendance, recording and circulation of the list.
